The bible was written by man, as in by hand, but it was instructed by God. Besides, if God didn't exist and some men wrote the Bible, why would they write a work not giving power to themselves?

they did write a book giving power to themselves
they claimed to be the ones god was speaking to so everyone had to obey what god said, 'through them, the representatives of god'
and if anyone complained it was not the leader of the peaple who ordered it, it was the 'god' that no one can confront to complain about the rules and laws
so yes, it gives power to them who wrote it by saying that it is gods will that they the leaders be obeyed in the name of god

I was a born again believer for years. Then I started reading about krisna. according to the bible, we inherited a sin nature from Adam, and thats why the world is so terrible. That makes no sense to me.

Its really too bad when you think about how another atheist once again misinturpred the sciptures and tried to re define what they think it should say. Oh I didnt know Mt Sinai was a valcano (lol lol lol) ... There isnt and there hasnt been one atheist dead or alive that could interpred the Bible correctly nor understand it. The only thing atheist folks have contributed is confusion because they themselve refused to believe truth because they don't understand it. History has shown that when we refuse to understand something or someone we condemn it look at racism and bigotry. I have seen and experienced the power of God himself. When doctors told a young man that he was hiv positive the believers prayed over him and he went back to the doctors and he was healed. ----( OH THATS MODERN MEDICINE) I know another young person who had full blown aids and the believers prayed over him and he went back to the doctors to shock even them because the virus was no where to be found.( BAHH HUMMBUG THATS NON SENSE) Well I myself can testify that my own father was diagnoised with cancer and a seroius infection given 6 month to live. Guess what we prayed in Jesus name to God the Father that he would heal my father. Guess what , he went back to the doctors to shock them because the cancer tumors were gone as well as the infection. (OH I DONT BELIEVE THAT FOR A SECOND.) All is true all has happened , so I guess guys like bill will write a book on how the red blood cells were inflamed and caused the viruses and cancers cells to die right. yeah I will look for that one too.

The main point of this book is to get people to read the Bible for themselves and to realise just what Moses and his god were really like. It doesn't matter anyway as there was no mass Exodus. How could approximately three million people and up to as many as thirty million animals wander the desert for forty years with absolutely no reference to them in any other historical records. How could that many slaves walk out of Egypt and not have such a socially catastrophic event recorded in Egyptian history? Why do records show only handfuls of nomadic Hebrews living in the "Promised Land" at the time of King David (1000 BCE)?

As for your miracles, why has God never once, in the history of the world, given us an unambigous miracle? Why has he never grown back a severed leg? Which is more likely, that the whole natural order of things be suspended, or that there was a misdiagnosis, or that there has been a little bit of embellishment of these miracle stories? Why does God save some and not others? like the child that deserves an aids or cancer cure just as much, if not more than your very lucky father?

a few other questions. You said evolution was proved to be a fact in 1953, how did they prove it? Also on page 67 you give a contradiction in the bible; it looks to me like 2 seperate stories about different people, I don't understand what you mean.

it's interesting that the description says sciance cannot explain how it all started when sciance actually did it in a lab, you take the basic chemicals that existed on earth millions of years ago expose them to simular atmosphere and electric shocks to simulate lightning and they form into the basic building blocks that lead to life, this had been repeated several times and can be done by anyone with a sealed glass container a little methane gas and some sinple chemicals, ohh and the electric shock.
ohh as for the big bang, there are mathamatical models that explain it very well, and so far the experiments they have managed to come up with support the thiery of multidimensial brein flux cousing the big bang, meaning that before the bang there was energy in an alternate dimension and an event there leaked through to create this universe

You can believe that but you don't think God could exist??? Those experiments have been proven inaccurate; even if they were correct, it sounds like you're saying that with intelligent intervention (intelligent - like God) and the right materials (the ones that God made) you can make amino acids (and how exactly would they turn into actual living things???). And about your second paragraph; it sounds like you do believe in God, you just don't call Him that and you give the credit for His work to some eerie UNnatural phenomenon. So, no Christian has ever interpreted the Bible to say what they wanted it to? Really? So it's just coincidence there's like 102 different versions of the Bible?

First off I don't think everyone listens to God anyway. Christians are straight hypocrites.
What does God's voice sound like? I think Morgan Freeman has a nice voice. I hope God's voice sounds like his.

History has also shown that the Church was one of the main condemners. Anyone remember the witch hunts? Kill all free thinking women who know a little about medicine or could do a few magic tricks. Those were good times, lets go back to those days when the church reigned supreme.

So how much research are they doing on your dad? Like what kind of tests? Surely if a disease as profound as cancer just up and vanished for no apparent reason no doctor could pass up the opportunity to figure out why. Why, your father could posses the cure for cancer.

Can't cancer cells go dormant? It's my understanding that a cancer cell is a rouge cell that has lost the means in which to steady it's reproductive process. As such, the cell divides uncontrollably, causing the masses. Would it not be possible for a cell to 'refresh'? Perhaps the cells guidelines could kick back on?
